What is Mission Basundhara

Mission Basundhara is a project developed by the government of Assam to resolve and update the land records of the state Assam. The government also trying to digitalize the land record & make available to all citizen of Assam. Also, Rashtriya Parivarik Labh Yojna helps many families.

Currently, the government of Assam has launched 9 land-related services on the BASUNDHARA portal. These 9 services are:

  1. Mutation by right of inheritance
  2. Mutation after deed registration
  3. Partition for undisputed cases
  4. Conversion from Annual Patta to Periodic Patta
  5. Reclassification of agricultural land to non agricultural land less than 1 bigha
  6. Striking out of name from patta
  7. Allotment certificate to Periodic Patta
  8. Legacy Data Updation
  9. Mobile Number Updation

How to apply in Mission Basundhara?

You can apply for any service in the Mission Basundhara portal which is required for you. All you need to Visit the official Mission Basundhara portal. Some documents will be required to apply. Below is the list of documents that are required to apply in Mission Basundhara.

Documents required for Mutation by right of inheritance:

  1. Death Certificate
  2. Next of kin certificate OR Certificate from gaon pradhan or from ward member / Executive officer in case of Town OR Probate from the court in case of will OR Relationship Affidavit

Documents required for Mutation after deed registration:

  1. Deed Copy
  2. NOC Copy

Documents required for Partition for undisputed cases

  1. Jamabandi Copy

Documents required for Reclassification of agricultural land to non-agricultural land less than 1 bigha:

  1. Upto date Land Revenue Receipt.

Documents required for Allotment certificate to Periodic Patta:

  1. Allotment certificate
  2. Upto date Land Revenue Receiptt
  3. Legal Heir Document, if not original allottee

Documents required for Conversion from Annual Patta to Periodic Patta:

  1. Upto date Land Revenue Receipt

Documents required for Striking out of name from patta:

  1. Jamabandi Copy

Some ID proofs will be required for Mobile Number Updation & Name Correction:

  1. Passport
  2. Driving License
  3. PAN Card
  4. MG NREGA Job Card

Documents required for Area Correction:

  1. Jamabandi Copy
  2. Upto date Land Revenue Receipt

Checking the application status in the Basundhara portal is easy & you just follow the steps:

How to check Jamabandi or Ownership Of Land?

Recently the government of Assam has launched a new project and under this project, many facilities are provided. You can apply for a change in the ownership of lands, Apply Partition for undisputed cases, and many. Moreover, this portal has the option to check the Jamabandi or Ownership Of Land. This service is called Dharitree.

  1. Visit the Basundhara Portal.
  2. You will an option for “Check the ownership of an ancestral land or any other land”. Click on it.
  3. You will be redirect to an another website called revenueassam.
  4. And there you can check the Jamabandi Or Ownership of land.
  5. After the visiting the site link. Select the জিলা / District, চক্র / Circle, গাওঁ / Village / চহৰ / Town.
  6. You will be navigate to the next page.
  7. And there you search you land by “Dag Number”, “Patta Number”, Or “Pattadar Number”
